Power favors the legitimate Authorities in Ptolus, though it’s vague on what these are at times. Power’s “inner voice” is that of a courageous warrior.

• Encounter Power: Power becomes any 1 Handed melee weapon.

Power grants further powers depending on how pleased it is with its current owners actions.
